  1. FT-NMR- Bruker Avance- 400
    • 400 MHz FT NMR with 5 mm multi-nuclear observe probe head, low and high temperature facility.
    • 2-4 mg sample quantity for 1H NMR.
    • 30-40 mg sample quantity for 13C NMR and other Multinuclear Experiments.
    • Required amount of sample must be soluble in 0.5-0.6 ml of deuterated solvent.
    • Rs. 250 solvent charges extra for deuterated solvents other than CDCl3.
  2. FT IR Spectrometer PerkinElmer Spectrum RX1
    • 5-10 mg sample quantity.
    • Neat / Nujol / KBr / liquid samples analysis.
    • Nature of the sample like hygroscopic, explosive, etc should be mentioned.

    • 5 mg sample quantity.

    • The rates are given for collection of X-ray data including sample handling.
